What You Will Do
JOB SUMMARY
Manages and executes the Company's sales growth strategies for assigned division and supervising field sales representatives within their division. Develops short and long-range plans and programs including actively pursuing partnerships with well-aligned customers, deepening relationships with current customers, and maximizing our retail partnerships. Opportunity to direct the planning, organization, and direction and coordination of activities for the sales function to effectively execute sales strategies that will maximize sales volume, drive targeted profitable growth, and professionally develop sales staff.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
This role is responsible for developing and coaching Sales Representatives to strengthen their skills, performance, and execution. It fosters a positive, collaborative team environment while directing daily and strategic work across the Division. The position models persuasive selling, effective coverage planning, and strong retailer engagement, while also making personnel recommendations in partnership with HR.
The role builds and maintains productive relationships with retail customers and identifies Division opportunities to share with Regional leadership. It influences retailers to support Company strategies and uses consumer and retailer insights to drive alignment. The leader coaches the team on selling excellence and retail partnership management, guiding the creation of impactful selling plans across all product categories.
The position maintains strong product and industry knowledge and collaborates with Regional resources to identify sales opportunities. It leads quarterly and monthly deployment of key sales initiatives and is accountable for achieving retail execution objectives and company priorities. The leader analyzes Division performance to generate insights and solutions that enhance execution and develop win-win outcomes with customers.
Responsibilities include optimizing coverage design, maximizing team productivity, and ensuring alignment with retail cycle plans. The role ensures proper placement and servicing of merchandising fixtures, adherence to retail partnership agreements, execution of promotions, and support of competitive pricing. It also helps drive retailer adoption of the ITG Portal for reimbursement and tracking.
The leader promotes sharing of best practices across the Area, Region, and Division and communicates customer and competitor insights to senior leadership. Collaboration with cross-functional partners supports improved Division performance. The role is fully accountable for Division results-including coverage, merchandising, distribution, promotional execution, volume, and talent management-and performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years related sales experience.
Experience with driving sales performance in a team environment.
Experience in business-to-business account selling.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must possess a valid driver's license issued from state of residence.
Knowledge of:
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study.
1+ years direct supervision/managerial experience.
Work Environment and Physical Demand
Employee must live within the boundary of the assignment or be willing to relocate.
Requires moderate physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (10-50 lbs.).
Able to bend, crouch, stretch, climb, or reach in retail environments.
Walks, sits, or stands for extended periods.
Travel required based on assignment needs.
Occasional exposure to noise, dust, or weather.
Operates in a retail and wholesale environment.
Requires prolonged machine operation including vehicle, computer, and keyboard equipment.
