Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $50,000 per year

An established and growing medical technology company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team in Provo, Utah . This role is ideal for an experienced AR professional with QuickBooks experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full accounts receivable cycle , including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle , including invoicing, payment posting, and collections

Perform professional collections outreach on past-due customer accounts

Maintain accurate AR records and customer accounts in QuickBooks

Prepare and review AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

Reconcile customer accounts and assist with bank and account reconciliations as needed

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues

Support month-end close processes and AR-related financial reporting

Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate billing and healthy cash flow

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Qualifications

2-4 years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Bookkeeping experience

QuickBooks experience required

Strong understanding of AR processes, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in accounting or finance teams preferred
