You will conduct routine patrols and vehicle rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.

Monitor entrances, lobbies, and designated access points; verify credentials when required and direct visitors to appropriate check-in areas while helping to maintain orderly traffic flow.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation efforts and notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify unusual conditions, and report hazards and/or concerns.

Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs, document incidents, and communicate timely updates to site leadership, Allied Universal supervision, and/or client contacts per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

Be at least 21+ years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
