Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a Production Associate - Forklift Driver to join their team. As a Skilled Production Associate - Forklift Driver, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Skilled Production Associate - Forklift Driver

Location: Moraine, OH

Pay Range: $17

Shift: First 7am-5pm

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.

Handle material and operate equipment related to production units as assigned.

Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

Follow all safety policies, including the use of PPE and ensuring safety features are operational.

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
