JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary The Maintenance Administrative Supply Technician (MAST) performs assignments that relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations. They also complete the required documentation to maintain accurate durable and non-expendable property accounting for activities and facilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conducts inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization tasks. Receives deliveries, verify orders, prepares transfer documents and receipts, tools and admin inventories, requisition repair parts, work-orders, and supplies through Global Combat Support System (GCSS-ARMY). Initiate and process logistical information system transactions. Performs a combination of tasks such as receipt, storage, issuance of a wide variety of supplies and parts. Responsible for maintaining accurate property accountability of durable and non-expendable items/equipment. Provides technical assistance in supply matters to USAR units, hand-receipts all equipment to user. Duties may increase or change due to unit activity. Education & KSA Requirements Education & Experience High School Diploma Valid State Driver\'s License 3+ years relevant experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent attention to detail, along with outstanding verbal and written communication. Good interpersonal skills and be able to work with others in a team environment. Able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language. Military experience or knowledge preferred, be familiar with GCSS-Army or be willing to learn and use system. Proficient with computer software systems such as Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Adobe. Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands Light groundskeeping and housekeeping around facilities/work area. May involve lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 40 pounds, lifting heavier objects with assistance. Work may be both indoors and outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions. Will involve walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, and bending for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity is needed for handling tools and equipment, along with getting in and out of different vehicles #ClearanceJobs Advancia Government Services is an equal opportunity employer.
