Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant - Domestic Operations

Location: Tulsa, OK

Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office

Pay: $25-$27/hr.

Type: Temp-to-Hire

System One is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support domestic operations for a growing Tulsa company. This role is primarily desk-based (90-95%), supporting internal operations and customer communication, with occasional light warehouse support.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with plans to transition into a permanent salaried position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for domestic operations

Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding orders and updates

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Assist with order coordination and operational tasks

Support occasional pick/pack duties and light lifting when needed

Learn additional operational processes as the role grows
