The barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stacked, clean, and organized to deliver exceptional service to guests. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency behind the bar and helping create a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist bartenders by keeping the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.

Replenish ice, napkins, straws, mixers, and other bar essentials throughout service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, sinks, and equipment.

Collect and wash used glassware and return to the appropriate storage areas.

Remove trash, empty bottles, and used bar materials promptly.

Assist with opening and closing duties such as stocking, cleaning, and preparing the bar for service.

Provide courteous and professional interaction with guests when needed.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work in fast-paced environment and support a high-volume bar operation.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
