Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Manufacturing Lead supports daily production and ensures traceability of the product. The Manufacturing Lead will guide their team to ensure that products and manufacturing processes are adhered to meet customer needs. Interactions in this position cross several functional and regional boundaries. These interactions would include working with engineering, supply chain, and quality.

Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and directing his/her team to perform their assigned job duties, adhere to basic expectations, and rigorous execution of JSAs, SOPS, and 5S
Responsible for the shift safety
The team leader will facilitate resolution of gaps found in their area(s) and will involve other areas as needed.
Partnering with Shift Supervisor to build a positive engagement and a culture of safety, inclusion and continuous improvement.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the Safety, Quality, Logistics, Process, and Operations teams.
Help to resolve conflicts among team members and refer issues to higher authority when needed.
Assist Supervisors and Management in understanding training and development needs for team members, as well as help execute the development of individuals
Understand and help positively communicate changes in business situations, production schedules, and company policies.
Responsible for the accurate completion of all paperwork and data entry
Assist operators and coordinate trouble-shooting activities.
Refer to Engineering for root-cause solutions to recurring problems.
Document the activities performed to ensure traceability
Other duties as assigned
Skills, Experience and Education
Must be US person or PRC holder as position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) access to products and technology controlled under the ITAR & EAR.
High School Degree or higher 3 or more years of assembly experience.
Ability to interface effectively internally and externally
Ability to communicate plans and issues with all levels of management
Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint)
SAP Experience preferred
Self-motivated, driven personality and a team player
Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment is highly desired

COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.61- 29.37 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
