Job Description:

POSITION PURPOSE

This temporary position provides administrative support for the plant site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Provide general clerical/receptionist support such as answering incoming calls, greeting and directing visitors, maintaining a vendors / visitor log with arrival and departure times, routing and delivering mail, uploading and organizing documents, and file maintenance.

Assist with running errands such as airport and town runs, as assigned.

Assist with other company functions, such as Family Night.

Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years.

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSED).

A valid driver's license.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Enrollment as a full-time student in a post-secondary degree program.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

This position requires frequent sitting and standing/walking; and occasional reaching below and above shoulder level, use of keyboard/computer, bending/reaching, kneeling, lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, and pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds. It also requires finger dexterity and hand coordination. This position requires good hearing and vision, and the ability to speak.

KEY SKILLS

Proficient with personal computers and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills .

Working knowledge of administrative functions of an organization.

It also requires the ability to develop plans, procedures and goals; present information to others; and work under stress to complete projects within deadlines.

Wage: $18 per hour
