Use your expert-level Microsoft Suite skills to create materials and reports that will inform internal team members and customers.

Act as the owner and architect of the sales team's internal site and systems, ensuring sales resources, processes, and engagement tools are current, intuitive, and impactful.

Assist with social media content creation and administration.

A Look into Your Day

As a Mortgage Sales Support Administrator at Mercantile Bank, you will be pivotal in empowering our dynamic Mortgage Sales Team. Your primary focus will be to maintain the essential tools, resources, and systems that enable our sales professionals to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include maintaining our internal Internet site for training materials, administering our Client Relationship Manager (CRM) system, and preparing comprehensive sales reports. In addition to tackling day-to-day administrative needs, you'll assist in creating marketing materials and supporting social media content creation, ensuring the sales team stays visible and relevant in a competitive market. With a blend of diverse tasks and initiatives, this role guarantees a varied workload, keeping every day fresh and exciting while allowing you to contribute significantly to our team's success.
