How you'll make an impact in this role

Lead Patient Care: Deliver direct, compassionate nursing care, ensuring all actions align with our established protocols and commitment to excellence.

Drive Positive Outcomes: Proactively implement and continuously monitor patient care plans, adjusting as needed to achieve the best possible health results.

Be a Communication Hub: Accurately monitor, document, and clearly communicate patient conditions and changes to the entire care team.

Coordinate Comprehensive Care: Act as the central coordinator, connecting all healthcare disciplines (physicians, specialists, therapists) to ensure a seamless and holistic patient journey.

Efficiently carry out all physician and nursing orders, and proactively coordinate patient's discharge planning with the team to ensure a safe, smooth transition.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following:

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Clinics in Alabama require Ala LCE.

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required for associates working in Alabama clinics.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
