Administrative Grant Reviewer

Pay: $20/hour

Openings: 15

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (Onsite)

Dates: March 18th - April 8th, 2026 (or until completed)

Local educational co-op is seeking detail-oriented professionals to review and score PreK grant applications for the NM Early Childhood Education & Care Department (ECECD). No prior experience required-training provided.

Responsibilities:

Review and score PreK grant applications

Check budgets for accuracy

Perform data entry and documentation

Participate in team and committee discussions

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

Good reading comprehension and basic math skills

Basic computer and data entry skills

Ability to work collaboratively and objectively

Spanish fluency required for select roles (highly preferred overall)

Requirements - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.

Proficiency in reading comprehension and basic mathematical skills.

Competence in computer usage and data entry tasks.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Spanish fluency is highly preferred and required for select positions.

Demonstrated ability to remain objective and impartial in evaluations.

Prior experience in administrative tasks is advantageous but not mandatory.
