NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Full-time SWING shift

SWING shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

8-hour shifts

Salary range: $28.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience

Valid CA driver's license REQUIRED

Full-time schedule

Monday thru Friday; 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Goleta, CA

NeuroRestorative facility located on North Patterson Ave.

Residential setting

6-bed facility & Adult Day Program

Paid time off (vacation, sick and personal)

On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet

The heart of what we do is support and serve people with brain injury

Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition

Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information

Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed

Assist with overseeing nursing and caregiving staff

Manage medication inventory

Qualifications:

Valid CA driver's license

Current state LPN/LVN License

Current CPR certification

Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment

Effective communication skills - ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
