Responsibilities Job Summary The Commercial Banking SpecialistIIworks with assigned Relationship Managers (RMs) in the Commercial and Business segments.This positionprovides sales,administrative, loan,depositand other relevantsupport to theRMs.This position also provides primary support for theRM'sclients. The Commercial Banking Specialistunderstands the overall commercial workflow and processesand works effectively with relevant Bank Partners to resolve client issues and providea high levelof service. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $18.25/Hr. - $29.75/Hr. Key Accountabilities Assists withLoanProcess Collaborates with RMsincontactingclientsto gatheritemsneededto prepare a complete application for submission (financials, purchase agreements, invoices, etc.). Preparesloanrequestsutilizingrequired forms or the Commercial Online Application (CML) software. Submits applicationsto the Loan Fulfillment team for further input and processing. Reviews and manages open applications inLOSfor assignedRMs. During the underwriting and pre-closing phase, collaborates with Underwriting teams and Loan Fulfillment to obtain any missing client information (financials, entity documentation, signers, etc.). Coordinatesloan closings andattendsloan closings to perform Notary servicesif necessary Submitsclosed loan packetto Loan Fulfillmentfor funding and booking. Assists withPortfolio andCreditAdministration UtilizesthePower BIsoftware toprovideassignedRMswithpipeline,portfolio,productionand credit information. Tracksupcoming loan maturities andcontacts clients torequest financialinformation as needed. Assistsinclearing past due financials,post-closing exceptions,and trailing documents. Assists withDepositoryProcess Opens commercial depository accountsfor assigned RMsand acts as a liaison with Treasury Management, Private Banking,and the Community Banking team tofacilitatethe depository process. Acts as apointperson in resolvingclientdepository issues with Client Care and Treasury Management Services. Assists with Sales Supportand AdministrativeNeeds Conducts research and organizes outreach for business development activities. Assistsand supportsassignedRMswith daily activities including calendar management, incoming calls from clients, and client mailings.
