Minimum Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Shift: Days
Shift Details: M-F, 8 hr days - Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. Start time is before 6 AM and no later than 10 AM.
Weekend Requirement: No weekends unless a holiday falls within M-F, then hours can be made up on the weekend.
