Kelly Services is Now Hiring: Stand Up Operator/Bag Operator- Day & Night Shifts!

Are you an experienced forklift operator looking to advance your career in manufacturing? We're seeking a reliable Bag Operator to join our team. This is a full-time, day-shift position with overtime opportunities. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Resume Required!

Shifts:

Shift 1: 7am-7pm | $21.00/hr

Shift 2: 7pm-7am | $22.00/hr

Rotating Days (2-2-3 Schedule)

Paid Weekly!

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Must have stand-up forklift experience (minimum 6 months required)

Stand-up forklift certification (we provide in-house certification prior to start)

Physical Demands:

Comfortable working in varying temperatures

Able to work a 12-hour, rotating shift as needed

Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

Use stairs, ramps, and ladders

Key Responsibilities:

Operate material handling and manufacturing equipment (stand-up/sit-down forklifts, supersack/filling machines)

Move and store 50 lb. bags and supersacks

Conduct equipment washouts/changeovers and follow all operation procedures

Ensure accurate documentation and assign production lot numbers

Maintain a safe and compliant workspace
