Substitute School Food Service Worker & Custodian

We are hiring substitute School Food Service Workers & Custodians in Orangeburg County School District-no previous experience required!

Minimum Requirements

Negative TB skin test (within the past year)

High School Diploma (required for food service)

$8.25/hour

Responsibilities

Assume the duties of both district food service workers and custodians, following school district and Kelly policies.

Assist with meal preparation, service, and kitchen clean-up to provide a positive and inviting dining experience for students and staff.

Cooperate with school Food Service Managers and other staff to maintain a safe, hygienic, and organized cafeteria and kitchen.

Perform custodial duties to maintain a clean, orderly, and safe learning environment, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom maintenance, and basic building upkeep.

Comply with school Safety Manual Rules, district policies, and OSHA requirements.
