[The Electrical Service Technician at DMAX in Moraine, Ohio provides electrical support for plant manufacturing operations. This role focuses on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to maintain operational quality and uptime. Work is performed under the guidance of a Skilled Trades Team Leader, with higher-level supervision provided by the Skilled Trades Group Leader.]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Perform assigned electrical work safely and efficiently.]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Operate, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including:]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Conveyors and related systems]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Robots and automated equipment]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Programmable controllers]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Tooling and fixtures]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Electrical equipment used in manufacturing processes]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Vision systems]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Complete tasks as directed by supervisors, providing timely updates on status.]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Perform preventative and predictive maintenance according to schedule.]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Operate industrial mobile equipment as required.]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Serve as the hands-on technical specialist for electrical systems to optimize production equipment performance.]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Organize, plan, and execute maintenance and process improvement projects, including system upgrades, new installations, and design/debug tasks.]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Support weekend and off-shift operations as needed.]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Plan, schedule, document, and execute all maintenance activities, including operator maintenance training and reliability-centered maintenance (predictive, preventative, planned, and reactive).]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Accurately report machine-related issues to co-workers and management.]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}

[Provide technical expertise to assist the business unit in developing and implementing optimal manufacturing solutions.]{times="" new="" roman",="" serif"=""}
