Summary Serves as the Meat cutter in a Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) location. The primary purpose of this position is to perform a full range of meat cutting tasks associated with processing beef, pork, veal and lamb into retail and ready-to-eat cuts for sale to patrons. Physical requirements: Walks/Stands continuously; Frequently lifts, pushes, or pull pieces and bulk boxes of meat weighing 50-100 pounds with hand trucks and dollies.
