Description Fairway Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide to join our growing team! Fairway Pines, located in Sauk Centre Minnesota, was voted Best Assisted Living in Minnesota in 2023, making it an excellent place to work! You can find us just off Main Street, East of the Old Course Sauk Centre. We are only a few minutes away from the city center with access to shopping, good restaurants, and much more! The team at Fairway Pines is creative, fun, and most importantly help our residents Age Magnificently! Shifts Available: Part Time PM (3p-11p), Full Time NOC (11p-7a), every other weekend rotation. HHA Wage: $17.00 - $22.00 - Based on experience! CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 - Based on experience! Shift Differential: $1.00 for PM and $2.00 for NOC Are you compassionate towards others? Our CNA's and HHA's become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
