Join Our Team as a Construction Laborer - Longmont, CO ($20-$25/hr)

A growing project team is looking for hardworking laborers to support construction at an assisted living facility. If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to work with a crew that values safety and teamwork, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Keep the jobsite clean and organized

Move materials and assist skilled trades

Support daily tasks to keep the project moving

Work safely around residents and staff

What You Bring:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors

Experience in construction is helpful but not required

Dependable transportation and consistent attendance

Full-time hours, competitive pay, and steady work available.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
