Kelly Services is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Farmington, CT!

If you're organized, people-focused, and interested in building experience in talent acquisition, this role places you at the center of a busy recruiting team. You'll support the hiring process from job posting through interview coordination while helping manage internship recruiting and candidate communications. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or college students interested in starting a career in HR or recruiting.

What You'll Do

Post and maintain job openings in the applicant tracking system and update job descriptions as needed

Review and screen resumes, identifying qualified candidates for hiring managers

Conduct phone screens using a structured interview script

Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams

Support the internship hiring process and assist with intern program coordination

Help organize intern-related activities and events during the summer program

Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking system data

Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment reporting and administrative tasks

What You'll Bring

Interest in Human Resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition

Strong communication skills and professional phone presence

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks

High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills

Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems is a plus but not required

Previous internship, administrative, or HR exposure is helpful but not required

Schedule & Pay

Hybrid Schedule | 3 Days Onsite / 2 Remote

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Part-Time or Full-Time | 30-40 hours per week

$20.00-$21.00/hr | Weekly Pay
