Job Title: Packaging Worker

Job Summary

The Packaging Worker supports daily operations on a production line by performing simple, repetitive packaging and handling tasks. This role requires standing for the entire shift and following basic instructions to meet daily production goals. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with routine work.

Shifts: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs, 6am-4:30pm, and most Fridays and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

Support general tasks on a packaging or production line

Handle, package, and prepare products according to instructions

Perform basic inspection and quality checks

Complete repetitive motions throughout the shift

Stand for the duration of the shift and assist with overtime as needed

Follow all safety, dress code, and workplace guidelines

Required Skills & Abilities

Ability to perform general labor and basic inspection tasks

Comfortable with repetitive, routine work

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Dependable and able to follow instructions accurately

Additional Qualifications

Ability to perform moderate physical activity

Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

Willingness to work overtime when required
