As a Sr. Manager - AI Transformation here at Solstice Advanced Materials you will lead the enterprise-wide reimagination and transformation of core business processes for AI enablement. This role sits at the intersection of deep business process expertise, modern AI capabilities, and organizational change leadership-requiring someone who understands how AI/ML Solutions and agentic frameworks, can fundamentally reshape business operations while earning the trust and confidence of business functions.
In this role, you will drive the discovery, redesign, and transformation of critical business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing by deploying AI capabilities that deliver exponential improvements in outcomes. Acting as both transformation leader and enabler, you'll partner with business stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks, reimagine workflows powered by AI agents and intelligent automation, and lead cross-functional teams to transform how work gets done. This isn't about automating existing processes, it's about applying first principles thinking to fundamentally rethink Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Revenue, Procure-to-Pay, Integrated Supply Chain etc. operations with AI at the core.

You will report to our Director Information Technology of Gen AI, Data & Analytics Leader who oversees our enterprise data strategy, delivery and platform operations at the Morris Plains, NJ location.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end AI-enabled transformation initiatives across multiple functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales etc.-identifying high-impact opportunities through process mining and stakeholder engagement, then redesigning workflows using advanced AI/ML capabilities including agentic frameworks.
Build deep partnerships with function leaders to understand business process nuances, translate executive priorities into transformation roadmaps, ideas and AI investments through clear ROI-driven business cases.
Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams with business owners, data scientists, ML engineers to pilot and scale AI-enabled process redesigns, driving adoption through change management and demonstrated results.
Establish Solstice's AI transformation methodology and capability-defining process redesign frameworks, prioritization models, and transformation playbooks while building internal capability through training and enablement.
Ensure AI solutions meet delivery on schedule, results, process requirements, adoption, enterprise and governance standards.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field from an accredited institution
8+ years of professional experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives with strong emphasis on AI/ML-enabled transformation, intelligent automation, and technology-driven organizational change.
Deep knowledge of end-to-end processes (Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Revenue, Procure-to-Pay, Integrated Supply Chain) and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, etc.
Proven track record delivering functional transformation with measurable outcomes (revenue growth, cost reduction, process acceleration) across multiple business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing.
Strong working knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, agentic frameworks, intelligent automation, and cloud AI platforms (like Azure AI)-understand solutions, guide technical teams, and translate requirements into AI capabilities.
Executive presence and stakeholder engagement: demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with senior leadership, translating complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
WE VALUE
Enterprise transformation experience with deep functional & process knowledge, AI transformation practice, or internal transformation leadership roles strongly preferred-demonstrating delivery of AI-enabled business transformation, not just program oversight.
End-to-end transformation delivery experience: from process discovery and redesign through pilot execution, scaled deployment, change management, and continuous improvement measurement.
Experience applying compound agentic AI systems, intelligent automation, and autonomous workflows to solve complex business process challenges
Thought leadership in AI transformation: published work, conference presentations, or case studies demonstrating successful business transformation outcomes through AI enablement
Proven change agent who drives AI adoption through demonstrated value rather than mandate-building internal champions and evangelizing through success stories
Understanding of responsible AI principles, model governance, and data privacy frameworks.
Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with balance of visionary thinking and execution discipline
COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $190K- $220K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
