As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will engage professionally with employees and visitors, respond to alarms and reported concerns, and document observations clearly. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, contractors, employees, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Monitor access points and control entry and/or exit using approved procedures, including verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing foot and vehicle traffic as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders, and documenting actions taken.

Complete required reports such as shift activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and/or site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.

Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
