Job Description:

The administrative assistant is responsible for tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating meetings.

They will manage a variety of daily operations, like answering phones, preparing reports, managing office supplies, and providing general support to the general manager and division leadership team members.

Qualification:

HS Diploma or GED Required

1 -2 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment
