Office Coordinator (Bilingual - Spanish/English)

Our client is seeking a professional, bilingual Office Coordinator to serve as the face of the office and a key administrative support partner to internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while keeping office operations running smoothly. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, the Office Coordinator plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in English and Spanish

Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution, deliveries, and office supplies

Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments as needed

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common areas

Support project teams and leadership with general administrative needs

Assist with special projects and cross-departmental support as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

1+ years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative support role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience supporting construction or engineering (ideal)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Purcellville, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
