Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves improving the accuracy and consistency of reservation data within a specialized system. Ideal candidates are highly focused, process-driven, and capable of performing repetitive tasks with precision.

Responsibilities:

Identify and consolidate duplicate guest records within the reservation system.

Update and correct incomplete or inconsistent reservation details.

Standardize property and hotel information, ensuring all required fields are accurately completed.

Apply company formatting standards and naming conventions to data entries.

Add missing information to reservation files and assist with additional data cleanup tasks as needed.

Perform ad hoc data entry requests aligned with operational priorities.

Support efforts to improve data integrity and enhance reporting accuracy.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in detailed, repetitive data entry work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level; training on advanced functions will be provided.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.

Ability to adhere to scheduled work hours and meet deadlines without flexibility.

Previous experience with reservation systems is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Reliable, focused, and capable of working independently to achieve project goals.
