As a Boeing Marquee Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Engaging across the Boeing global enterprise to align 3M capabilities and solutions with the unique needs of their commercial, defense and global services organizations
Providing decision-making and operational/strategic planning to generate and execute the overall growth strategy.
Organizing, and directing all sales operations activities and policies across a global commercial and technical team.
Drives collaboration and technical execution to build a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned to customer needs and roadmaps.
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Eight (8) years experience in business or engineering working with large business partners in a private, public, government or military environment
Current, valid Driver's License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master's degree in business or engineering from an accredited institution
Ten (10) years experience in business or engineering working with large business partners in a private, public, government or military environment
Five (5) years of aerospace and defense experience n a private, public, government or military environment
Demonstrated experience leading strategic planning and sales operations with proven impact on business growth
Strong ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and technical execution to build and sustain a robust opportunity pipeline

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $212,947 - $260,268, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
