Your Mission: We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to grow and maintain our customer base across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. This role blends field work, consultative selling, and relationship building. What You’ll Do: Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to close—for organic residuals (compost, soils, bulk products). Maintain and grow existing accounts while executing a targeted marketing plan. Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Collaborate with support staff and subcontractors to implement logistics and deliver results. Create and deliver winning proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses. Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events. Use CRM software to track sales, outreach, and performance metrics.
