Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Danvers, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth communication and efficient order management while providing exceptional service to customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work onsite and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Process incoming customer orders promptly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.

Provide order updates, track supply information, and relay details to the appropriate departments.

Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Utilize company systems for order entry and data management, ensuring seamless operations.

Occasionally assist with picking parts from the floor to fulfill customer needs.

Collaborate with a team of Customer Service Representatives to handle a high volume of orders effectively.

Maintain clear and friendly communication with customers and team members to enhance satisfaction.

Support the team in managing 30-50 orders daily, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies during all customer interactions.

Assist in training and knowledge transfer to maintain operational consistency. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.

Proficiency in order entry and data management systems, with a strong aptitude for computer operations.

Demonstrated ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a personable approach.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience working with supply tracking systems and providing updates to customers.

Ability to work onsite and collaborate with team members effectively.

Familiarity with handling high volumes of orders in a fast-paced environment. TalentMatch®
