Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Leading manufacturer of fire-rescue and industrial equipment, hiring for an experienced Industrial Mechanic for their Ocala facility.

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and adjustments on production machinery and mechanical systems.

Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Install, align, and test mechanical components , including motors, belts, bearings, pumps, and conveyors.

Troubleshoot issues involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems .

Use a variety of hand and power tools , such as wrenches, drills, grinders, torque tools, and precision measuring instruments.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals .

Document maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs completed.

Follow all safety procedures and ensure machines are safe to operate.

Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to coordinate repairs and minimize disruptions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
