About the Role:
The Data Center OwnerFurnished Equipment Supply Chain & Logistics Manager leads all aspects ofData Center construction project equipment delivery. Must possess anddemonstrate ability to oversee vendor compliance to construction agreements,while also having the ability to manage the overall project budget &schedule for Hyperscale Data Centers. Strong knowledge of MEP constructionmanagement with a solid track record of managing capital projects.

What You'll Do:
Ensure tracking of all key project documents, includingsubmittals, RFI's, change orders, invoices and payments, lien releases, etc isbeing enforced related to Owner Furnished Equipment
Coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendorsworking with supply chain and consultants
Periodic confirmation of safe construction practices by GCand vendors
Initiate close out process prior to project completion,typically two to three months in advance with Document Control team, settingtimelines and responsibilities
Establish close out documentation requirements. Ensurereceipt of all close out documents until completion, including warranties,as-builds, O&M manuals, etc.
Ensure punch list, completion and final completion processthrough onsite Construction management team
Negotiate, resolve and close out any outstanding changeorders, quality issues or disputes
Lead, coordinate, and manage all aspects of theowner-furnished equipment lifecycle (electrical, mechanical, and ITinfrastructure) for mission-critical data center projects.
Serve as the primary liaison between general contractors,clients, and internal/external vendor teams to drive project alignment andsuccessful outcomes.
Oversee supplier and vendor qualification, purchase orders,and ensure full compliance with procurement standards and project requirements.
Supervise submittals, O&M manual compilation, as-builtdocumentation, and all essential project records; support the closeout process.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor all logistics operations,including inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory tracking, freight management,and material flow from suppliers to data center sites.
Ensure on-schedule delivery of all critical equipment byproactively managing transportation, shipment tracking, and resolving anysupply chain or delivery bottlenecks.
Use Google Looker and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)for dashboard development, inventory and logistics analytics, and real-timeequipment/delivery reporting.
Integrate AI and enterprise applications for processimprovement, supply chain analytics, and logistics optimization.
Work collaboratively across departments, applying bestpractices in information systems, project management, analytics, networking,security, and IT infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, andfederal employmentand project regulations.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and aminimum of 5 to 7 years of related project or 10 plus years related experiencewithout a degree.
Technical Project Management, Mission Critical, or Industrial facilitiesproject management

Ability to operate standard office suite of applications, have someknowledge of BIM or ACC and P6 and assist in cost and issue management.
Hyperscale Data Center experience preferred

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite required. Good writing skills.
Decisions made with an understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and timelines. Responsible for setting own project timelines. Errors in judgment may have a short-term impact on co-workers and supervisors.
