Physical Therapist at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8 hour, Day shift.

Evaluates, plans, directs and administers medically prescribed physical therapy programs in the hospital to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury, or loss of body part. Assists patient to reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training - Graduate of the American Physical Therapy Association training program.

Coursework/Training - Foreign trained applicants must complete successful entry level educational equivalency review.

California Physical Therapist License upon hire.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility, outpatient, or sub-acute care settings.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
