Summary About the Position: The Military Entrance Processing Station plays a vital role in maintaining the nation's military might by ensuring that each new member of the Armed Forces: Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Space Force & Coast Guard; meets the high mental, moral & medical standards required by the DoD & the military services. Every MEPS represents state of the art in testing, examining & processing applicants for enlistment into the Armed Forces. Responsibilities Establish plans and programs that ensure comprehensive safety, physical security, and environmental compliance. Coordinate vehicle pickup, maintenance, dispatch, and turn-in operations. Serve as Primary Government Purchasing Card Agent for the organization. Implement Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans to ensure proper handling and compliance for all hazardous materials. Schedule equipment maintenance, calibration, and repairs as needed.
