PALMER Maverick Marketer - Storyteller of Purpose & Growth We\'re not looking for an agency. We\'re not looking for ordinary. We\'re looking for either: An experienced marketer or advertising professional craving a more creative, experimental, and meaningful challenge, or A hungry, dynamic up-and comer ready to prove they\'ve got the strategic chops and fearless imagination to build something that matters. You\'ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to tell a powerful story - one centered on empowerment, relationships, partnerships, and purpose-driven business. This role will require 20-25 hours per week. What You\'ll Do: Develop and execute bold, \"out-of-the-box\" marketing strategies. Craft and communicate a compelling brand story across all platforms. Drive social media presence with purpose and clarity (not noise). Create brand cohesion across digital and physical touchpoints. Apply creative \"duct tape\" techniques - resourceful, scrappy, high-impact execution. We\'re building something that matters. If you are too - let\'s talk. Requirements Who You Are: A strategic thinker who connects dots others don\'t see. Comfortable operating without a rigid playbook. Resourceful and creative - you make things happen with what\'s available. Fluent in digital marketing, branding and web strategy. Confident presenting ideas directly to senior leadership. Intuitive about people, positioning and narrative. Ambitious - you want your work to matter. You may have: 5-15+ years of experience in marketing/advertising and want something more meaningful, or 2-5 years of experience and a portfolio that proves you punch above your weight. Either way, you must bring evidence of bold thinking and execution.
