Job Description:

Manages key relationships with external universities, colleges, technical schools, and associations, serving as the point of contact and representative. Partners with University Deans and recruitment professionals to align onsite visit cycles with targeted recruitment initiatives and programs. Coordinates with University Communications to develop collateral materials, release social media messaging, and align marketing efforts with university-wide communications. Builds and proposes new programs and partnerships with academic entities to address long-term talent gaps and objectives. Establishes plans for the development and growth of academic strategy, including ROI, SWOT, and long-term goals. Tracks and monitors the effectiveness of strategies throughout their implementation and proposes adjustments as needed. Seeks new opportunities to improve the alignment of external department/team objectives with Talent Strategy objectives. Assists team members in achieving academic recruitment business results. Establishes contact with forums, associations, and vendors to further the department's defined academic strategy. Acts as a consultant and liaison with Shared Services and Talent Management on academic strategies and efforts. Supervises recruiting teams by holding team members accountable for meeting service level agreements, coaching, supporting, and leading recruitment process improvement efforts. Supports recruitment leadership and team in developing and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives to source and recruit qualified applicants based on projected demand and hiring targets. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong understanding of process/program development and planning. [Required]

Knowledge of healthcare and clinical best practices. [Required]

Ability to research and present information. [Required]

Strong understanding of digital principles and practices. [Required]

Ability to interact and effectively communicate with a diverse department, student population. [Required]

Familiarity with higher education enrollment management principles. [Required]

Strong public speaking skills. [Required]

Education:

Bachelor's [Required]

Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

in business administration, marketing, communications, human resources

Work Experience:

3+ experience doing strategy, recruiting, marketing, planning, business or related field. [Required]

Health care experience [Required]
