As a result, a full-time position is available for an Entry-Level Interior Designer at our Bloomington, MN office. Responsibilities include: Assists in developing, sustainable interior design solutions under the direction of more experienced interior designers. Assists in developing, concept design, space planning, graphic presentations, finish boards (digital and physical) and construction documents. Coordinating with multi-disciplinary in-house team members and sub-consultants. Researching, evaluating, and selecting furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), materials, and finishes to meet client needs and budget Maintaining the resource library and connection with vendors to provide designers with industry trends Other tasks as assigned. The successful candidate will have: A bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, interior architecture, or interior design from a CIDA, NAAB, or similar accredited university. The ideal candidate will have any/all the following: Previous related internship experience in interior design Experience with design for commercial, aviation, institutional, governmental and/or public space projects Strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization software Experience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors Experience assisting in the development of interiors projects from programming to completion. Salary Range: $54,000 to $63,000 - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
