Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Customer Service I to join their team. As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Enrollment Services department supporting customer onboarding and account management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service I

Location: Livermore, CA (100% On-Site)

Pay Range: $20 - $23

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Shift: Flexibility to work shifts between 5am - 5pm PST

What's the Job?

Assist customers through the enrollment process, providing guidance and support

Serve as the primary point of contact from account setup to activation

Review costs and service details with customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction

Participate in training on specific enrollment procedures to enhance service delivery

Maintain high attention to detail and ensure excellent attendance to support team success

What's Needed?

Previous customer service experience, especially over the phone

Ability to learn quickly and retain detailed information

Strong phone etiquette and multitasking skills

Flexibility to work shifts between 5am-5pm PST

High attention to detail and reliable attendance
