Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Industrial to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Industrial

Location: Bellingham, WA

Pay Range: $30.00-DOE

What's the Job?

Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.

Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.

Inspect and repair or replace defective parts to ensure optimal performance.

Lubricate and clean parts, equipment, and machinery to maintain functionality.

Set up and operate various metalworking tools to make and repair parts as needed.

What's Needed?

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Production Maintenance.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and bagging machines.

Ability to operate a variety of hand tools, including welding machines and power tools.

Strong understanding of safety rules and maintenance instructions.
