Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$24 per hour

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant I? You'll be:

Researching and resolving payment issues from customers to ensure smooth transactions.

Addressing shipping discrepancies from vendors to maintain operational efficiency.

Assisting with incoming calls to provide coverage and support to the team.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have prior administrative experience, particularly in back-office support roles.

Are familiar with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP is a plus but not required.

Familiar with invoicing and PO's

Are available for a full-time schedule and can start interviews the week of January 5th.
