Position Summary...
Become the foremost expert on Inscape's ACR data-knowing how it works, where it breaks, and how to adapt it for client needs. You are the bridge between our internal data teams and external clients. Internally, you partner with engineering to understand product rollouts and surface viewership trends. Externally, you are the trusted guide for data licensees and media clients-troubleshooting issues, educating on workflows, and overseeing audience segment creation. You ensure clients feel taken care of while helping VIZIO define the future of connected TV.
What you'll do...
About the team:
We are the connective tissue between VIZIO's data team and the businesses that rely on us. Sitting at the intersection of Inscape's ACR technology and our external clients-both data licensees and media buyers-we make sure the data actually works for the people who need it. We are problem solvers who speak two languages fluently: engineering and business. Whether we are helping a licensee unlock a new insight or ensuring a media buyer trusts the numbers, our goal is simple: make VIZIO's first-party data the most accessible, reliable asset in the ecosystem.
What you'll do:
Master Inscape's ACR data to uncover novel applications for data licensees and VIZIO Ads clients
Troubleshoot client issues around data delivery, comprehension, limitations, and bug fixes
Create deliverables that help customers quickly understand our products and workflows
Partner with product and engineering teams to assess how rollouts impact data licensees
Ensure customers feel fully supported and well taken care of
Oversee ACR audience segment creation for both licensee and VIZIO Ads clients
Surface viewership trends and craft compelling narratives for clients, marketing, and industry publications
What you'll bring:
Experience in product, engineering, data, or TAM roles working with technical systems.
Comfortable presenting to large groups internally and externally.
Deep familiarity with programmatic video and CTV workflows.
Proficient in SQL, RedShift, Oracle, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
High urgency for customer responsiveness paired with strong technical skills.
Good understanding of database architecture and datasets for media targeting and measurement.
Genuine desire to understand customer businesses and build lasting relationships.
Ability to distill complex problems into simple, actionable solutions.
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
