Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Sr. SWET to join their team. As a Sr. SWET, you will be part of the Engineering Excellence chapter supporting the Wealth business unit. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and a passion for innovative testing solutions which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. SWET

Location: Westlake, Texas or Merrimack, NH

What's the Job?

Design and implement robust QA strategies and test frameworks for API and Web applications with end-to-end validation.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Typescript, Rest Assured, and other automation tools.

Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins and other DevOps tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, release velocity, and overall product quality.

Support cloud-based testing environments, preferably with AWS, and ensure accessibility features are incorporated into web experiences.

What's Needed?

10+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on API and web application validation.

Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of source control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket and experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.

Experience in designing and implementing automation test platforms and deployment automation.

Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive approach to continuous learning and technology evaluation.
