Position Title:

Pay Rate:

$48,000 - $64,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

Lebanon, IN 46052

Minimum Travel Between Indianapolis and Lebanon, with occasional out of state travel as needed.

The Job You Will Perform:

Responsible for a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in one or more of the following areas: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable or a related financial area.

Perform daily financial activities of the plant.

Responsible for payroll processing for hourly employees

Manage plant by greeting and welcoming visitors and ensuring they are directed to the correct person.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel and handle inquiries from visitors and callers

Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities and reports.

Enters daily production hours into Payroll System, balances hours and maintains accuracy.

Assist in other accounting duties such as reconciling bank accounts, balancing books, and processing payments.

Various clerical duties.

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

Two to three years accounting experience or equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Primarily Microsoft Excel)

Experience with SAP a plus
