What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the financial institution, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify law enforcement and/or management per post orders.

Control access to restricted areas by checking identification, monitoring entry points, and screening for prohibited items in accordance with location requirements and applicable laws.

Complete timely written reports, incident documentation, and log entries; communicate relevant security-related information to supervisors and location contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.

Have 1+ years' law enforcement experience or 2+ years' security supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years' security experience.

Customer service experience is preferred.

An armed guard card/license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
