Uber Technologies, Inc. has an opening for a Regional Operations Manager in New York, NY. May telecommute. Job Duties: Help develop, lead, and implement strategy to achieve business priorities. Monitor, understand, and interpret key operational and financial metrics to help figure out strategy and action plans. Develop and apply understanding of levers that move business. Identify root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend best approach. Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes, regularly reviewing performance. Search for features or improvements to improve experience and efficiency of marketplace, measure impact, and collaborate with Product teams to implement launches. Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal to scope, test, and implement initiatives. Job Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field, and one year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires one year in: 1. Modeling and data visualization using Excel;2. Business data analysis;3. Using data to inform business decisions;4. Statistical language and tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Strata;5. Project management;6. Building data-driven slide decks using Google Slides or PowerPoint. Job ID #: 2026-156473 The total base annual salary range for this position is $106,000 to $130,000. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered other @types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
