Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in managing disbursements, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be comfortable handling high volumes of work with precision.

Responsibilities:

Process invoices with accuracy and ensure proper coding within the accounting system.

Prepare and distribute checks, settlement packets, and cover letters in accordance with company procedures.

Collaborate directly with supervisors to manage disbursements and financial documents.

Handle high-volume invoice processing while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.

Utilize QuickBooks and integrated case management software to process payments and maintain records.

Ensure all transactions are accurately processed from trust accounts.

Address backlog tasks and prioritize urgent financial operations.

Support the team in maintaining organized and up-to-date financial documentation.

Adapt to a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail. Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with case management software.

Strong skills in processing invoices, coding, and check runs.

Ability to handle high volumes of transactions with accuracy.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with supervisors and team members.

Familiarity with trust account transactions is preferred.

Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
