Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones, performing data entry, managing emails, and overseeing inventory supplies through Microsoft Outlook. You will also assist with various administrative tasks within the office.

Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming phone calls.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Manage and organize emails efficiently.

Oversee and manage inventory supplies using Microsoft Outlook.

Support administrative tasks within the office as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong data entry skills.

Excellent customer service abilities.

Experience in administrative support.

Ability to effectively answer and manage phone calls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Outlook.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

The position is based in a typical shop environment, working with structural steel and production welding. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4 PM, and Friday from 5:30 AM to 3 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
