Our client, a manufacturing and production organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with document management, report preparation, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Murray, KY

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create and modify documents and reports

Manage email correspondence efficiently and professionally

Post updates and information on organizational boards

Prepare and update reports related to production and manufacturing processes

Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

What's Needed?

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion

Willingness to undergo required background and drug screenings
