Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16 an hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm (with occasional Saturday)

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Managing daily office correspondence and communications

Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

Maintaining files and records with accuracy and confidentiality

Assisting visitors and providing excellent customer service

Supporting general administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail (must have)

Are proficient with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (must have)

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (must have)

Are reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm (with occasional Saturday)

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
